Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative

Fristam Pumps USA, a leading manufacturer of pumps and mixers for the food, dairy and pharmaceutical industries located in Middleton, Wisconsin has an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, team-oriented individual to join our Customer Service department as a Customer Service Representative. This position is responsible for providing a variety of customer services through application of knowledge of Fristam’s products and services.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
• Answer customer calls regarding, orders, quotes, returns, and general questions about Fristam products.
• Enter quotes and provide technical feedback to distributors.
• Enter orders based on quotes and or customer PO’s.
• Provide customer support including basic sizing and basic troubleshooting of the Fristam product line.

The qualified candidate will be proficient in order processing, customer service and telephone skills; possess excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to learn and understand the pump and sanitary industry requirements; and have a high level of technical aptitude. An associate’s degree in a technical discipline with 1-2 years of previous customer service experience required. In lieu of degree, a minimum of five (5) years of customer service experience supporting a technical product line. Candidate must be able to read, write and speak both English and Spanish – majority of customer interaction is over the phone or via email.

Network Administrator

Fristam Pumps USA, a leading manufacturer of pumps and mixers for the food, dairy and pharmaceutical industries located in Middleton, Wisconsin has an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join our team as a Network Administrator. This position will be responsible for directing, planning and supporting all activities related to company networks, work stations and other equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
• Administer all IT equipment – desktop computing, servers, printers, switches, routers, and other general networking equipment.
• Monitor system performance and propose software updates or parameter changes to enhance system performance; develop a plan for testing, implementing, and measuring the results of system performance. Identify, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network-related problems.
• Provide the setup, installation, maintenance, and upgrades of new hardware and software, including but not limited to computers, laptops and printers.
• Responsible for network security, anti-spam and anti-virus.

• Recommend and maintain IT policies and procedures; monitor technology policy compliance.

The qualified candidate will possess clear, confident communication, both written and verbal, with a variety of people; and have a comprehensive knowledge of Windows Server OS, Windows Desktop OS, XEN server and Linux. A minimum of an Associate’s degree in IT or related field required with five years of networking experience.

OEM Sales Manager

Fristam Pumps USA, a leading manufacturer of pumps and mixers for the food, dairy and pharmaceutical industries located in Middleton, has an excellent opportunity for a dynamic sales professional to join our team as an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Sales Manager. This position will be responsible for increasing Fristam’s market share through effective prospecting of new customers, managing the business sector through relationships with OEM’s and engineering firms, and driving business to the OEM’s through selected target End Users with direct contact and presentations highlighting the benefits of Fristam products, services and support.

The qualified candidate will have proven success in penetrating major/named accounts and developing new business and a proven sales track record in technical sales. Contacts and/or relationships within the OEM engineering community a plus. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills a must. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or comparable Mechanical/Process degree with a minimum of five years of technical selling into OEM and/or Distributor accounts that supply products similar to the Fristam product line.

Machine Programmer - 2nd Shift

Fristam Pumps USA, a leading manufacturer of pumps and mixers for the food, dairy and pharmaceutical industries located in Middleton, has an excellent opportunity for a Machine Programmer on our 2nd shift. This position will be responsible for the design and development of programs and work instructions; provide training to machine operators; and set-up and check routine programs and operate manual, NC/CNC machining equipment to perform standard or repetitive sequences of operations to meet close tolerance and finish requirements.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three years of experience with manual, NC and/or CNC machining equipment and operations. A solid understanding of programming principals, applications and tooling required. Proven ability to go from concept to completion with a task and/or project a must. Knowledge of machine shop practices and techniques, machine operation and tooling required. Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail. Must be able to lift 40-45 lbs frequently and sit or stand for long periods of time.

Polisher/Grinders - 2nd Shift

Fristam Pumps, a leading manufacturer of high quality stainless steel pumps, mixers and blenders, has immediate openings on second shift for polisher/grinders in our Middleton, WI manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for grinding and polishing stainless steel work pieces according to specifications.

Qualified candidates will have experience grinding/polishing in a manufacturing environment. Experience with using a variety of hand tools is a plus. Attention to detail to ensure a high level of quality parts required. Must be able to lift 40-45 lbs frequently and sit or stand for long periods of time.
