Fristam Announces New Global Management Board

May 2026: Fristam has introduced a new global management structure designed to support international growth, improve collaboration across sites, and strengthen long-term customer partnerships.

Fristam remains a family-owned company, with Wolfgang Stamp assuming the role of CEO of the Fristam Group. The global management board will operate under his leadership.

• David Szillat – Chief Sales Officer (CSO)
  Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Customer Service
• Rüdiger Deska – Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
  Finance, Reporting, HR and Legal
• Sascha Witteborg – Chief Operating Officer (COO)
  Operations, Production, R&D/Engineering and Procurement

This structure strengthens coordination across Fristam’s international production sites and sales companies, ensuring clear accountability and consistent direction worldwide.
