What you’ll be doing: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing a variety of customer services through application of knowledge of Fristam’s products and services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls regarding orders, quotes, returns, and general questions about Fristam products
  • Enter orders based on quotes and or customer PO’s
  • Enter quotes and provide technical feedback to distributors
  • Provide customer support including basic sizing and basic troubleshooting of the Fristam product line
  • Maintain correspondence with Fristam Germany and other sister companies, as required, for information regarding serial numbers, parts and/or basic technical information
  • Support Fristam’s Quality Management System

Knowledge and Skills

  • Proficient in order processing, customer service and telephone skills
  • Demonstrated problems solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates a high attention to detail
  • Ability to learn and understand the pump and sanitary industry requirements
  • High level of technical aptitude

Education and Work Experience

  • Associates degree in a technical discipline or, in lieu of degree, minimum of five (5) years of customer service experience supporting a technical product line
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite

2nd shift: Monday-Thursday, 2pm-12am

Compensation: $24-28/hour. The base pay for this role may vary based on experience.

What you’ll be doing: The CNC Machinist duties include set-ups, checking routine programs and operating   manuals, automatic or semi-automatic NC machine tools and/or CNC machining equipment to perform standard and/or repetitive sequences of operations to meet close tolerance and finish requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Milling, turning, drilling, tapping, sawing, hand layout of components using available jigs and fixtures.
  • Mount and secure tooling in rack, turret or magazine; secure fixtures and check to confirm reference points.
  • Follow work instructions detailing tooling, fixturing, programming and offset requirements.
  • Install required programming, confirm part number and revision level to ensure accurate part configuration.
  • Load and unload components in and out of appropriate fixtures.
  • Adjust tolerances and finish requirements to meet specifications; note and report variations in program sequence, positioning, cycle times, etc.
  • Run additional equipment/multiple tasks required to expedite completion of the daily work load.
  • Provide daily maintenance of the equipment.
  • Keep all work areas neat and clean of debris and/or fluids that occur during normal daily operations.
  • Assist coworkers as needed to complete tasks that require assistance.
  • Carry out work-related tasks directed by department heads.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledge of machine shop practices and techniques, machine operation and tooling
  • Ability to read, understand and work from part drawings and specifications.
  • Use a variety of precision measuring instruments
  • Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds frequently; 75 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to frequently stand and/or walk; occasionally reach with hands and arms and bend

Education and Work Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with manual, NC and/or CNC machining equipment and operations.
  • Experience using metric measurement
