We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Accountant to become a key player on our team. In this role, you’ll dive into a wide variety of responsibilities—supporting our finance operations with accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting, inventory, and financial reporting.

We are not just filling a role – we’re building a future leader.  We are looking for someone with ambition who can eventually succeed into an Accounting Manager role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage accounts payable processes including invoice matching, coding, expense reconciliation, and assisting with payments.
• Investigate and resolve purchasing discrepancies and collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex transactions.
• Assist with daily cash monitoring, capital project administration, and general ledger activities.
• Oversee cash receipt applications and support customer billing processes. Monitor receivables and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Prepare journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and support monthly and annual financial close processes.
• Assist in inventory analysis, cost accounting, and financial reporting package updates.
• Provide cross-functional support and contribute to special finance projects as needed.

What You Bring with You (Qualifications/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems or a strong aptitude for learning new platforms.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

This position is responsible for assembling Fristam products according to drawings and specifications which meet the performance, quality, and customer delivery expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications to assure accurate assembly of products.
• Assembling parts or unit & attaching unit to assembly, subassembly, or frame, using hand tools and power tools.
• Performing wiring operations in accordance with specifications as part of unit assembly.
• Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
• Preparing all pumps and parts to meet delivery schedules; visually inspect all pumps prior to boxing/crating to ensure a quality product is shipped.
• Spraying surfaces of equipment with protective material such as primer, paint, enamel or epoxy.

What You Bring with You (Qualifications / Experience):
• High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of six (6) months of mechanical assembly experience or other related assembly experience
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints
• Experience with portable power tools and hand tools
• Basic computer skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Previous manufacturing experience
• Possess the desire to help maintain a lean working environment
• Support continuous improvement projects
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 45 lbs frequently

Fristam Pumps, a leading manufacturer of high quality stainless steel pumps, mixers and blenders, has an immediate opening on 1st shift for a CNC Machine Programmer in our Middleton, WI manufacturing facility.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and develop programs and work instructions
• Provide training to machine operators.
• Set-up and check routine programs and operate manual, NC/CNC machining equipment to perform standard or repetitive sequences of operations to meet close tolerance and finish requirements.

What You Bring with You (Qualifications/Experience):

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education and/or training desired
• Preferred: Minimum of 3 years of experience with manual, NC and/or CNC machining equipment and operations.
• Knowledge of machine shop practices and techniques, machine operation and tooling required.
• Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail a must.
• Must be able to lift 40-45 lbs. frequently and sit or stand for long periods of time.
