High-Pressure
Non-Pulsating Flow. Long Life. Proven Sanitary Performance.
What are they?
Fristam’s Sanitary High Pressure Centrifugal Pumps (FM / FPH / FPHP / FPHM Series) are designed for demanding processing environments requiring high discharge pressures, smooth, continuous flow, and maximum uptime. Available in single-stage and multi-stage configurations, these pumps are engineered to meet the needs of filtration, reverse osmosis, and high-pressure recirculation systems—while ensuring sanitary operation.
Where are they used?
These pumps are trusted in a wide range of sanitary processing industries, including:
Whether used for membrane feed, CIP return, or product transfer, Fristam’s high-pressure pumps offer unmatched reliability in high-resistance applications.
How do they work?
Fristam high-pressure centrifugal pumps utilize rotating impellers to impart velocity and pressure to the process fluid. In single-stage models (FPH, FPHP, FPHM), one impeller delivers high efficiency for elevated inlet pressures or recirculation. In multi-stage models (FM series), several impellers in series generate significantly higher discharge pressures while maintaining non-pulsating, sanitary flow.
This smooth operation ensures consistent product integrity, less wear on system components, and lower maintenance over time.
